§ 51.02 ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT CASH RESERVE FUND.
   (A)   Pursuant to Chapter 153 of the 1949 Acts of the State General Assembly, as amended by Chapter 235 of the 1961 Acts of the State General Assembly, there is a Cash Reserve Fund for the City Electric Department.
   (B)   A sum shall be transferred from the funds of the City Electric Department annually to the Cash Reserve Fund.
