§ 38.18 DISTURBANCES DURING BLACKOUT PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to create, directly cause to be created or to assist in creating any unnecessary or confusing noises, or to create any disturbances or in any other manner create a state of confusion during a blackout or air raid attack or period.
