§ 38.05 COORDINATION WITH COUNTY OFFICIALS; ADOPTION OF STATE DEFENSE COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and of the Mayor to confer with, and when possible, to act in concert with the County Director of the Civilian Defense Council and with the County Sheriff to the end that all methods of precaution against enemy air attack and all blackouts in the city and the county may be uniformly executed. It is enacted that the public policy of the city shall be to adopt the recommendation of the State Defense Council. The insignia adopted by the Office of Civilian Defense are hereby adopted as the official insignia to be utilized by the emergency and auxiliary forces or services serving this city under the provisions of this chapter or any regulations adopted hereunder.
