§ 36.02 VACATION AND SICK PAY FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT, WATER DEPARTMENT AND SEWER DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Each regular employee of the City Street Department, Water Department and Sewer Department who has been employed full time for at least one year will be eligible for the following vacation:
      (1)   For one year of service but less than three years, five days of vacation; and
      (2)   For three years of service or more, ten days of vacation.
   (B)   Vacation pay for each regular employee of the City Street Department, Water Department and Sewer Department shall be the base hourly rate times the vacation hours worked per week.
      (1)   For Maintenance personnel, vacation pay shall be calculated at 40 hours multiplied by the base rate.
      (2)   For clerical personnel, vacation pay shall be calculated at 37.5 hours multiplied by the base rate.
   (C)   Vacation earned by each regular employee of the Street Department, Water Department, and Sewer Department, but not taken, may not be carried over to the next calendar year, and no compensation will be paid for unused earned vacation. No two maintenance personnel can be on vacation at the same time. The scheduling of vacation is to be determined by the seniority of the employees in each department.
   (D)   Each regular employee of the Street Department, Water Department, and Sewer Department is allowed three personal days each year.
