§ 35.06 RESTRICTED ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS UNDER COMMON COUNCIL JURISDICTION.
   Pursuant to I.C. 5-14-3-4(b), all public records, as set out in I.C. 5-14-3-4(b), as amended, over which the Common Council has jurisdiction from inspection, copying and disclosure are excepted from public disclosure.
