§ 34.12 RIVER BOAT FUND.
   (A)   A River Boat Fund is hereby established by Tell City for the city to use as its share of the river boat revenues distributed in the year 2003.
   (B)   This fund shall be used by the city to carry out any governmental purpose for which this fiscal body appropriates these monies.
