§ 34.09 CHANGE FUND.
   The Cash Change Fund for the City Clerk-Treasurer is hereby established, and the Clerk-Treasurer is further authorized to maintain $200 in cash in this fund for the purpose of providing change to customers who pay various fees and expenses in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
