§ 34.08 PORT FUND.
   (A)   The City Port Fund shall receive and disburse funds related to the City Port.
   (B)   The Fund shall require local appropriation by the Common Council prior to disbursement of funds.
   (C)   The Fund shall also be established as part of the Economic Development Commission.
