TCED will supply service to the customer operating privately owned generating equipment based on the manner in which the customer makes use of the TCED service.
(A) Auxiliary service will be supplied on a firm-use basis under the applicable rate schedule for a designated part of the customer's load requirements when the wiring to the part of the customer's requirements is completely segregated from the wiring which furnishes the requirements from the customer's generating equipment, and there are no means for interconnecting the two wiring systems.
(B) Supplemental service will be provided to qualifying generating facilities in accordance with Schedule QF on file with the Clerk-Treasurer, and available for inspection at the business office of TCED.
