§ 33.04 DISRUPTION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT DUTIES; DESTRUCTION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT.
   Any citizen or other person who shall, during the time of any fire, hinder, resist or refuse to obey the Chief Engineer or his or her assistants, while acting in the discharge of his or her duty, or conduct him or herself in a noisy or disorderly manner, or who shall willfully injure in any manner any hose, fire engine or other apparatus or property belonging to the city, the person shall for each offense, upon conviction, be fined.
