§ 51.35 NON-PERMANENT SERVICE.
   (A)   When in the opinion of TCED the use of service will not be of a permanent nature, the customer shall enter into a contract of service containing any additional terms and conditions TCED deems appropriate, and shall pay the estimated cost of constructing the facilities to serve the customer, including labor, material, stores freight and handling and overhead, plus the estimated cost of removing the facilities and returning the same to the TCED storeroom, minus the estimated salvage value of material returned to the TCED storeroom. In no case shall the payment be less than $40.
   (B)   A customer requesting construction electric service to a construction site shall pay the estimated cost of constructing the facilities to serve the customer, including labor, material, stores freight, handling and overhead, plus the estimated cost of removing the facilities and returning the same to the TCED storeroom, minus the estimated salvage value of material returned to the TCED storeroom. In no case shall the payment be less than $40.
   (C)   Service supplied to a non-permanent or construction site connection will be billed under the applicable rate schedule.
   (D)   The customer may be required to make a deposit to ensure payment of charges as specified in § 51.19.
