§ 51.34 INTERRUPTIONS AND VARIATIONS IN SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS.
   (A)   TCED will, at all times, endeavor to provide regular and uninterrupted service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and does not guarantee against variations in service characteristics, such as frequency, voltage, phase angle, phase balance, system neutral to ground voltage differentials, harmonics generated by the customer or others, outages and single phasing of a three-phase system, occasioned by acts of God, uncontrollable forces, accidents, acts of wild or domestic animals, orders of public authorities, fires, strikes, riots, casualties, computer failures, necessity for making repairs or replacements of TCED's facilities, variations in the condition of power furnished by TCED's wholesale suppliers, or otherwise.
   (B)   In case the supply of service is interrupted or the customer sustains other variations such as high or low voltage, single phasing of three-phase service, phase reversals, system neutral to ground voltage differentials, or trouble resulting from defects in the customer's wiring or other equipment, TCED shall not be liable to the customer for damages or losses resulting from the interruption or variation in service.
   (C)   Interruptions or variations as described in § 51.32 shall not constitute a breach of any obligations of TCED under any contract for service with the customer, and TCED shall not in any case be liable to the customer for damages resulting from the interruptions and variations.
