§ 153.01 ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY REFERENCE.
   The City Comprehensive Plan is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein. Copies are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection during regular office hours.
