§ 151.48 REPAIR, REHABILITATION, DEMOLITION OR REMOVAL OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS.
   All buildings or portions thereof within the city which are determined after inspection by the City Building Inspector to be unsafe as defined in this subchapter are hereby declared to be unsafe, as defined in § 151.45, and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal.
