§ 151.25 INSPECTIONS.
   After the issuance of any building permit, the permit holder or his or her agent shall notify the Building Inspector in writing when construction commences on the project. The permit holder or his or her agent shall make written application to the Building Inspector from time to time for the necessary inspections of the work being done as are necessary to insure full compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and the terms of the permit. Reinspection of work found to be incomplete or not ready for inspection are subject to assessment of reinspection fees as prescribed in this subchapter. Work shall not be done on any part of the building or structure beyond the point indicated in each successive inspection without the permit holder or his or her agent first obtaining the written approval of the Building Inspector.
