§ 32.02 VACATION SCHEDULE.
   (A)   All personnel are entitled to a vacation after completion of one year of service with the Police Department. After one year of service personnel are entitled to an annual vacation, according to the following schedule.

   (B)   Only one person from each department shall take a vacation at a time.
   (C)   The Chief of Police shall have the right to set the time of each vacation period. The days of the vacation earned shall be based on the period of time beginning with the date of employment, and in the case of an employee who has more than one period of employment, the beginning date used will be the last period of employment. There will be no accumulation of days of vacation, and the days of vacation earned must be taken during the year earned.
