§ 130.07 DISCHARGE OF PAINTBALL, AIR AND PELLET GUNS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      AIR GUN. Any gun or device, by whatever name known, which is designed to expel or propel air by the action of compressed air or gas, but does not mean a firearm.
      PAINTBALL GUN. Any gun or device, by whatever name known, which is designed to expel or propel a paintball by the action of compressed air or gas, but does not mean a firearm.
      PELLET GUN. Any gun or device, by whatever name known, which is designed to expel or propel a pellet by the action of compressed air or gas, but does not mean a firearm.
   (B)   No person, regardless of age, shall discharge a paintball gun, pellet gun or air gun so that by reason of discharge it injures anyone or damages any property, both real and personal, of anyone within the city.
