§ 130.03 TRESPASSING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   Whoever willfully, mischievously, maliciously, or whoever, after receiving notice, either directly or indirectly, by notices posted upon the grounds, or by railing, fence or other obstruction placed thereon, indicating that occupancy or travel is not desired by the custodian or the authority in charge, or by any other form of notice, shall enter upon the lawn or grounds of the depot park, or the lawn or grounds of the City Hall, or of any other public institution or grounds of the city at a point other than at the walks prepared and maintained for public use, shall be guilty of a trespass, and on conviction shall be fined.
