The city hereby consents to and authorizes the issuance of liquor retailers' permits to applicants otherwise duly qualified under the Act of the 1935 State General Assembly entitled An Act Concerning Alcohol and Alcoholic Beverages, Liquids and Substances, and to Promote Temperance, Repealing Laws and Parts of Laws, and Declaring an Emergency, approved March 11, 1935, in respect to premises located within the city.
