§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or to suspension or revocation of the taxicab license. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate violation.
