§ 31.10 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established in the city a Department of Planning and Development, the members of which shall be the following: Mayor, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Wastewater Department Superintendent, Street Commissioner, Electric Department Superintendent, and Perry County Health Officer.
   (B)   The Department of Planning and Development shall have all of the powers and duties of a Department of Planning and Development referenced in §§ 151.45 through 151.51, and also those set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq.
