§ 111.02 LICENSING AND REGULATING OF SPORT, SKILL OR EXHIBITION GAMES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to operate, exhibit or display for public patronage any sport or skill or exhibition game, or device, mechanically, manually or electrically operated, including marble tables or machines, plunger shooting tables or machines, high score games, digger or grab games or machines, skill games or machines, and any other game, table, device, machine or instrument in which coins or tokens are used, without first obtaining a license as provided in division (B) below.
   (B)   The price of the license shall be $4 for each six months for each game, table, machine or device, and the license shall not be granted for a period less than six months, but during this period may be transferred to any other game, table, machine or device in the custody or possession of the licensee exchanged or substituted for the game, table, machine or device for which the license was originally issued. Any person required to obtain a license under this section shall pay the fee herein stipulated to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall issue the license, which shall have endorsed thereon the date of issue, the date of expiration and name of the licensee. At all times the license shall be affixed or attached to each game, table, machine or device so as to be plainly visible. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to provide a sufficient number of licenses of a design as he or she shall deem proper.
   (C)   Every license issued hereunder is subject to the right, which is hereby expressly reserved, to revoke the same should the licensee, directly or indirectly, suffer or permit the display or exhibition of anything as a part of the game, machine or device which is contrary to good morals.
   (D)   Nothing contained in this section is intended or shall be construed as authorizing or permitting the operation or exhibition of any gambling device or game which now is or hereafter may be prohibited by law.
