§ 96.01 CLOSING TIMES FOR PARKS.
   All city parks within the city shall be closed at 11:00 p.m., local time, until 6:00 a.m. the following morning, and during the hours of closure, no person shall be entitled to be present on any portion of the city's public parks, and all vehicles must be removed from said city parks during the aforesaid hours of closure.
