§ 92.06 RECLAIMING ABANDONED LOTS.
   (A)   All lots in Greenwood Cemetery that have not been entered for burial purposes or that have not been cared for or attended to within the last 20 years by the person to whom the same was assigned or set apart or by his or her agent or by anyone in his or her interest or behalf, shall be deemed abandoned by the person, and shall be reclaimed by and revert to Greenwood Cemetery in the manner following and as provided in the next section.
   (B)   When it shall be made to appear to the Cemetery Committee by affidavit of the Sexton of the Cemetery that any lot therein that has been assigned to any person more than 20 years ago and has not been used or cared for within this time by anyone, it shall be the duty of the Committee to report the same to the Common Council together with the affidavit, and the Council may make an order declaring the lot or lots abandoned, from which time the same shall revert to the Cemetery.
