(A) The cemetery fees shall be as follows:
(1) The opening of a grave lot for an infant is $50.
(2) The opening of a grave lot for a person two years of age or older is $400.
(3) The opening of a private mausoleum or community columbarium is $50.
(4) The opening of a grave lot for the interment of cremated remains is $150.
(5) The opening of a grave lot for disinterment therein is $750.
(6) The opening or disinterment of either private or community mausoleum or columbarium is $50.
(7) Weekend or city-recognized holiday fee is an additional $250.
(8) Tent service fee is an additional $150.
(B) Any and all cemetery services, openings or closings, burials and all cremations in Greenwood Cemetery shall require the services of the Cemetery Sexton or authorized city personnel.
(C) Restrictions for one grave lot:
(1) There shall be no more than one traditional burial; or
(2) One traditional burial and one interment of cremated remains; or
(3) There shall be no more than two interments of cremated remains.
