§ 90.05 ABANDONED VEHICLE ACCOUNT.
   There is hereby established an Abandoned Vehicle Account, and all net proceeds, if any, remaining from the sale of abandoned vehicles or parts that are sold through the provisions of this chapter in any manner, including charges for the bills of sale, and all monies received from owners or lienholders for the cost of removal or storage of all vehicles shall be deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer. Any costs incurred by the city in administering this chapter shall be paid from the Abandoned Vehicle Account. The Common Council shall annually appropriate sufficient monies for that account for the purposes of financing this chapter. All the monies remaining in the account at the end of each year remain in the account and do not revert to the General Fund.
