§ 73.03 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale or greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
