§ 71.45 REGULATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN VICINITY OF FIRES.
   (A)   On approach of any motor vehicle, apparatus or other vehicle of the City Fire Department which is sounding a siren, the driver of any motor vehicle, motorcycle or other vehicle other than motor vehicle, apparatus or other vehicle of the Department shall drive as close as possible to the right-hand curb of the street of thoroughfare and come to a complete stop, and shall not follow within 600 feet of the Fire Department motor vehicle, apparatus or other vehicle after the same has passed.
   (B)   No motor vehicle, motorcycle of other vehicle, except by direction of the Chief of the Fire Department or officer of the Fire Department in charge of a fire at the time, shall approach or park within 600 feet of any fire.
