§ 70.07 EMERGENCY TRAFFIC CONTROL.
   The Chief of Police is authorized to temporarily place official traffic-control devices when required by an emergency. The Chief of Police shall notify the Mayor of his or her actions as soon thereafter as is practicable. The official traffic-control devices shall not remain longer than 30 days unless authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
