§ 30.31 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business to be followed at the meeting of the Common Council shall be as follows:

   (A)   Call to order;

   (B)   Reading of minutes and approval of same;

   (C)   Comments of citizens;

   (D)   Unfinished business, including reports from committees, boards or commissions or including ordinances or resolutions already introduced;

   (E)   New business, including introduction of ordinances and resolutions;

   (F)   Miscellaneous business, including any matters not already considered; and

   (G)   Adjournment.
