§ 55.06 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR SORTING JUNK; FIRES.
   No person shall go on any public dump, established and operated under the provisions of this subchapter, for the purpose of sorting rags, tin cans, paper, junk, or any other materials without a permit in writing from the Board. No person shall set or start a fire on any public dump at any time.
