§ 30.15 MAYOR.
   The Mayor is the Chief Executive and head of the executive branch. He or she shall faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities contained in the state statutes. The Chiefs of the Police and Fire Departments, the heads of the Department of Law, the Sewer Department and the Street Department are appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at his or her pleasure.
