§ 117.09 PROHIBITED HOURS.
   (A)   Mobile food vendors are prohibited from operating or parking on any property owned and maintained by the City of Tell City, Indiana, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (B)   Mobile food vendors may make special requests to the Board to operate during prohibited hours.
