(A) Each applicant shall pay a permit fee as follows:
(1) Forty dollars ($40) for a one month permit.
(2) One hundred eighty dollars ($180) for a six month permit.
(3) Two hundred forty dollars ($240) for a one year permit.
(B) A permit becomes active for a consecutive period of time on the day that the permit is approved.
(C) In the event the permit is revoked, the city shall retain all funds.
(D) No permit shall be issued until the permit fee has been paid.
