§ 117.01 PURPOSE OF CHAPTER.
   The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the activities of individuals, firms, or corporations engaging in the practice of mobile food sales to sustain a safe and consistent standard of operation and to promote public health, safety, and welfare of the City of Tell City, Indiana and the citizens and inhabitants thereof.
