§ 76.03 FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.
   Registration.
   (A)   Any person who wishes to operate a golf cart or off road vehicle in the city must register the same with the Tell City Police Department and pay a registration fee of $60 for a three year period.
   (B)   The Tell City Police Department shall inspect the golf cart or off road vehicle to verify that said vehicle complies with this chapter.
   (C)   Upon registering a golf cart or off road vehicle with the Tell City Police Department, any person who wishes to operate a golf cart or off road vehicle in the city must have attached to said golf cart or off road vehicle a sticker provided by the city noting said vehicle has been properly registered with the city.
   (D)   A copy of the city registration form must be kept in the vehicle when operated on public streets.
   (E)   The required registration sticker, along with an approved traffic safety slow moving vehicle sign, must be visibly mounted to the rear of the vehicle.
   (F)   Any person who wishes to operate a golf cart or off road vehicle in the city must have said vehicle inspected every three years and pay a renewal fee of $60 at the time of inspection.
