(A) It is unlawful for any person, persons or corporation to maintain or operate any slaughter house within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) It is unlawful for any person, persons or corporation to maintain or keep any hogs, sheep or cattle in closed pens or structures within the corporate limits of the city for the purpose of feeding the same until required for slaughtering in his, her, their or its slaughter house; thereby causing noxious exhalations or noisome or offensive smells, injurious to the public health or comfort of the inhabitants of the city.
