§ 91.08 COLLAR AND TAG REQUIRED FOR ALL ANIMALS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the owner(s) of all animals governed by this chapter to affix to such animal a collar and a tag which sets forth the telephone number of the owner, which collar and tag shall remain on the animal at all times.
