(A) Grease, oil and sand interceptors shall be provided at all restaurants, and at all industrial or commercial enterprises when, in the opinion of the Board, they are necessary to contain grease, flammable wastes or sand and other harmful inert materials.
(B) All interceptors shall be approved by the Board and shall be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection. All grease, oil and sand interceptors shall be installed and maintained by the user, at his or her expense, in continuously efficient operation at all times.
