§ 53.022 CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING OR HOUSE TO LATERAL SEWERS.
   (A)   The size, shape, alignment, materials or construction of a building or house lateral sewer and the methods to be used in excavating, placing the pipe, jointing, testing and backfilling the trench shall conform to the requirements of the city.
   (B)   Material for the building sewer shall be PVC pipe not less than six inches in diameter with a wall thickness of at least 0.280 inches. All lateral sewer lines (the sewer line connecting a dwelling or other building to the city's sewer line) shall be constructed with a clean-out designed to gain access to said sewer line from above ground, which clean-out shall be located no further than five feet from the building which such sewer line serves.
