(A) There is hereby established a Technology Advisory Committee for the City of Tell City, Indiana.
(B) Said Technology Advisory Committee shall make recommendations to the Common Council on matters pertaining to analyzing various technology avenues and processes which may be implemented by the Common Council for the betterment of the citizens of Tell City, Indiana, and further such committee shall advise the Common Council on recommended purchases of technology equipment and services.
(C) The aforesaid committee shall consist of five members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Common Council; all of whom shall serve terms of one year each; and all of whom shall be eligible to continue to serve on such committee by continued appointment thereto by the Common Council with no limit on the number of terms.
