§ 157.167 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses may be established by a special use permit in the R-2 District in accordance with procedures and standards set forth in §§ 157.435 through 157.447:

   (A)   Bed and breakfast;

   (B)   Cemeteries;

   (C)   Churches;

   (D)   Clinics, medical and dental;

   (E)   Clubs or lodges, private;

   (F)   Commercial retail establishments;

   (G)   Community centers;

   (H)   Communication facilities;

   (I)   Convenience stores;   

   (J)   Day care center;

   (K)   Day care home;

   (L)   Golf course;

   (M)   Golf driving range;

   (N)   Governmental, non-essential;

   (O)   Homes, specialized care facilities;

   (P)   Hotels, motels, lodges, and resorts;

   (Q)   Manufactured/mobile home park;      

   (R)   Manufactured/mobile homes, retired/disabled parent on the same lot or tract of land on which a single-family detached dwelling is occupied as a permanent residence by a family member;

   (S)   Planned development, residential;

   (T)   Residential care home, large;

   (U)   Retirement community;

   (V)   Restaurants, not exceeding 5,000 square feet;

   (W)   Schools, private and public; and

   (X)   Swimming pool, public.
