General provisions. All swimming pools shall adhere to the accessory structure setback of the zoning district in which it is being placed. In addition, all pools shall be constructed or installed in accordance with the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, adopted by reference and as amended in the Tazewell County Building and Property Maintenance Code, Chapter 154.
