§ 130.17 NON-PUBLIC AREAS OF THE COURTHOUSE.
   All other areas of the County Courthouse not specifically designated as public areas or the county boardroom are designated as non-public areas.
   (A)   No person shall display or exhibit any material or item in the non-public areas in the Courthouse.
   (B)   The use of these areas shall be limited to conducting business with those departments and offices located in those areas of the Courthouse.
   (C)   Access to those non-public areas may be limited by the department head or elected official who has been designated to use those areas.
   (D)   Any federal or state regulatory agency representatives who seek to inspect certain areas of the Courthouse may have access to those areas by providing advance notice to the Maintenance Supervisor.
   (E)   No persons shall have access to any non-public, non-departmental area, including the roof of the Courthouse, without the approval of the County Administrator and the Sheriff.
