§ 130.14 PROTECTION OF COURTHOUSE SQUARE AND DESIGNATION OF AREAS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC.
   (A)   The Courthouse Square shall be open to the public from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. each day. No person shall remain in the Courthouse Square except during those hours when the Courthouse Square is open to the public.
   (B)   In order to protect public property within the Courthouse Square, no persons shall have access to the following areas located in the Courthouse Square except as specifically designated herein:
      (1)   Those areas where underground utilities are located and maintained;
      (2)   Those areas where grass, trees, flowers, and shrubs are planted and maintained; and
      (3)   Those areas where vents and other exhaust devices are located and maintained.
    (C)   No person shall stand, sit, lie down, sleep, maintain property thereon, or otherwise obstruct any of the areas designated in this section.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to the Sheriff, Sheriff personnel, employees of the county, or such other authorized agents as approved by the County Administrator.
