(A) That portion of the Courthouse Square located at is hereby designated as the site for such lawful meetings, gatherings, and assemblages of every kind that are either directly or indirectly of a political nature or which in any way involve matters of public issue, as may be held in accordance with the provisions of this section. All such meetings, gatherings, and assemblages shall be confined to this particular area.
(B) The other areas of the Courthouse Square shall be used for other events and activities as the County Administrator deems compatible with the purposes of and in accordance with this chapter and this section including, but not limited to, art exhibits, scientific displays, dramatic presentations, or other events of a similar nature. Denials for use of the Courthouse Square may be appealed to the Executive Committee of the County Board. Any such appeal shall be filed with the Committee within seven days after receipt of the Administrator’s denial.
(C) The use of the Courthouse Square shall be in compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, and regulations.
