(A) No person shall perform any of the following acts in the Courthouse or the Courthouse Square where the conduct may be expected to be viewed by others:
(1) An act of sexual intercourse;
(2) Exposure of the body or any of its parts with the intent to shock any other person or the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of that person or of another person; or
(3) Lewd touching, fondling, or caressing of one’s body or of the body of another.
(B) No person shall commit an obscenity nor solicit a sexual act from another.
(C) The term within the meaning of this provision shall have those meanings as set forth in the state’s Criminal Code.
