§ 130.08 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person in the Courthouse or the Courthouse Square shall engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting, or indecent language, or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to be a breach of the public peace.
