(A) All persons within the County Courthouse and within the County Courthouse Square shall comply with this chapter, and if any such person fails to comply with this chapter, they shall be subject to prosecution consistent with the laws of the state and the County Code. The County Sheriff or any peace officer is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The Sheriff, the County Administrator, and the Maintenance Supervisor shall have the authority to eject any person from the Courthouse or the Courthouse Square for violating any provision of this chapter.
