(A) The initial registration fee for a county video gaming license shall be $25 per proposed video gaming terminal.
(B) Licensees shall be required to annually register video gaming terminals with the County Clerk and pay the registration fee to the County Clerk. The annual registration renewal fee for a video gaming terminal shall also be $25 per proposed video gaming terminal.
(C) Following initial registration, licensees shall be required to again register and pay the $25 fee one year from the date of initial registration and every year thereafter that the licensee continues to own or operate video gaming terminals.
(D) All registration fees must be paid at the time of application or renewal.
